There are pros and cons to the Quickbooks. You need to update it every few years as the Help Number expires after I believe 4 years. Most of it is simple but I am not an accountant. My IT person has told me there are a few other Accounting softwares out there that are easier and a little more friendly. I do not have expereince with other accounting software as my Accountant uses QuickBook. It doesnt hurt to go into a Fry's or Staples and talk to a Sales Representative or an IT person.
