I have used both versions. I really like online for many of the reasons listed earlier. Really like the ability to set up a professional looking invoice and easily attach my logo. Each customer has their own profile and price structuring. Very flexible. Constantly updating their services. Oh, I almost forgot. You get an extra discount for being a Costco member.
