I use Quick books on line too and it really is easy to use and fairly inexpensive.

I at one time just used the version you load onto your computer, but my accountant recommended the on line version as my company had expanded and she wanted my book keeper, my other employee, myself and of course her to have access to it.

She has it set up so my 2 employee's have limited access to it, another words only the parts they actually need to use, which is entering the orders and taking out the payments.
