Yes, QB is perfect! I have been using the software version since the early 90s. Have tried other accounting software, but always go back to QB. It is easy and can really streamline your tracking of orders. I love that you can email your invoices. Not sure you can do that with the online version. I have tried the online version, but didn't have all the essentials that I wanted. Maybe it's been improved on since I used it.  Sharon
