Pray tell just what the *ell  "stopped allowing cell phones after 9-11" has to do with county rod offices?  Did a plane fly into a county courthouse somewhere, and I missed it ?  
The 9-11   crap is  a fully overblown guise to take away our rights.    Also,   how can the rod office allow some visitors to have acces to their cell phones, and deny to others,   what happened to equal protection under the law?   People wonder why there have to be so many lawsuits, but then we see some bafoon in a county office making new (illegal ) rules that have to be fought out in court ot access our rights.

Either, NO cell phones, or everyone can have cell phones.
