Yes.  I don't even bother with "sign-up" packages or "vendor agreements."  If they exepct me to agree to their terms, I don't need them.  We provide a service, we provide it according to the Ohio Bar Title Standards, with years of experience, and we know what you need to evaluate the title.  We also have a fee schedule that is non-negotiable.
If they want us to do the work, we are happy to accept it on our terms.
I always wonder how other industries deal with this.  When these businesses buy their office supplies do they send a "vendor package" to the office store and say we will pay $0.75 for a pen and $3.00 for a ream of paper?"  And, "we will not pay shipping costs?"  Or, better yet, "we will pay you in 90-days, and don't bother sending an invoice because we will keep track of what we order and pay you according to our own calculation?"
Don't get me started... I could rant about this backwards industry 'til I'm blue in the face and nobody would listen or care.  It is frustrating, though.
