This is true.  In fact,  one of my conversations before I left Southeastern Title was about this very subject and how he would be working with Knowledge Splice on these cut rate searches.  It's not fair that's for sure and I think there should be a law proposed.  I'm not an Abstractor but I know that this is WRONG!!
