Ouch...that would be an E and O provider question or Real Estate Attorney question then..
If you were incorporated I would think you could just shut down and not worry about it since you would have that corporate shield between you and the client.
Perhaps there is a real estate attorney on here that may be able to give you some guidance for operating as an individual.
