Thank you.. I see why I was willing to look, I had the background, I knew the system inside the recorders teaching on how to accept a document on the recorders behalf. The recorders need protection from the licensee's, most that I had to educate and deal with were grateful for the backing. I know what it is like to have someone float into office with no background in the field and placed into a position of absolutely no knowledge of their job duty. Most of what was found was in the Judicial branch not the executive. But once you start the assistance, it leads you everywhere. It is a large problem with orders coming in from out of the country. It will involve unregistered agents everywhere. These licensee's here who bitch and complain of no work and the work they get is from outside the USA, should have their head examined. It is political when we as the watch dogs for the state and the records/recorders, have this political problem over our head and their heads too. The ones bitching about politics should understand who has the standing to do something about it. Thank you for your standing, I'm sure you too are well respected in your field. They want to kill the messenger and not the message. It takes balls to do what John did. There were and still are others following due process of law to clean up the branches of government. I can confirm to you, that one of the recorders who I served notice to for removing or deleting a document from the record by a different counties court order, was removed from office, the judge who signed it, is no longer a judge and the county attorney who told the recorder to accept the order and delete the record, is no longer the county attorney, Stand with your recorders, all of you. They face the biggest political challenges of their office.
