The problem with this policy, is that if you are on the receiving end of horrible comments, you cannot help that when people search your company's name, those comments are the first search result they may find.

 There was a heated discussion in this forum of a personal (not professional) matter, where lies were told about me and my company for the soul purpose of damaging my reputation.  The person who did this to me has recently passed away, but the comments remain, and I was told that "comments can't be deleted".   

 What this means is that anyone can come on this site and disparage another abstractor with complete lies, and there is nothing that abstractor can do to defend themself.   And when someone searches you, that may be the only info they see about you.
