Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in most aspects of title examining and title closing is required, Such as:
  • Abstracting, Searching, Recording, Verification, Escrow, Closing
  • Verifying title documents (searches, abstract, opinions)
  • Reviewing closing documents
  • Preparing closing statements
  • Recording documents with the appropriate agencies
  • Facilitating communications with Buyers, Sellers, Agents, and Agencies
• Detail-oriented, process-minded, technology-capable with effective communication skills 
• Must have a Pennsylvania Title Agent license or the willingness to obtain it
• Excellent customer service attitude

$1,000 signing bonus after 3 months.

Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 per year with the potential for annual bonus.

Must be able to commute to Emmaus/Lehigh Valley, PA.
