Hey Mimi.  I was intereviewed by Red Vision and given the Job.  Holy Mooses!  Their training process was insane!  It took up hours and hours. Also, they do not pay by search.  They pay by the hour. (at least for me it was this way).  You have to log on to their site and do the work assigned to you in 24 hours.  No excuses.  I told them thanks but no thanks.  The lack of quality in the title examination business is HUGE.  Until the Underwriters who are issuing policies based on this low quality work are the ones who will pay in the end.  Oh, and unemployed examiners.
