Wonder if it's the same people I unwound myself from earlier this year. 

I was doing honest doc retrievals for them & then, all of a sudden, they started adding little tidbits of information that they needed- thus if I couldn't find a mortgage recorded in 2005, could I please run from the date of acquisition to the present day to see if there was anything & oh by the way, if I found any judgments, etc, etc,etc.  I boosted my fee to my normal current owner fee & they dropped me like a hot rock, which was fine because it saved me the labor of dropping them.  Jeest...
