After years of traveling as a business analyst working with financial institutions, I'm ready to stay home and work.  I've started by becoming a certified loan signing agent and would really like to learn to become an abstractor. I've always loved research.  But, I'm not sure how to get the training I need.  I hope that some of you can suggest a training course or training materials that you have found to be helpful.  Of course, I know that the bigger challenge will be to find some companies willing to take a chance and provide me with some title search opportunities, but first things first.  I'd like to be as well prepared as possible prior to soliciting business.  So, any advice will be greatly appreciated.

One last comment - I've really enjoyed reading the message postings.  I can see that Source of Title will be a very helpful resource.
