Thanks for posting this idea.  I had a great time teasing my Mom & Sister last year saying I thought buying a goat would be a great gift for all of us, since they both had a fenced in back yard & would save a ton on gas & time.  They wouldn't have to do the grass cutting or weed-eating, plus the free fertilizer etc. vs a pet they'd have to feed and clean up after.  They were really worried I'd go thru with it and thought I was nuts...(partially because I have friends that do have a mini farm with goats) that is until they got the THANK YOU Cards from Heifer International,LOL:)   This year I was thinking about looking into the Well Water projects, but I haven't done the research, so they may get another GOAT or a couple of chickens:)   Merry Ho Ho to all, Hope
