You WILL see a lot of positive posts here.  They are a fabulous organization.  They are always ranked at the top of the "Best Employers in Michigan".  I have been working for them for years and have made several friends while chatting with an examiner.  You NEVER hear anything but praise about the company.  They treat their employees wonderfully and they only hire people with the right attitude and work ethic.  They're always upbeat, positive, KNOWLEDGEABLE and SMART.  And payment is never an issue.  They have some sort of a symbiotic relationship with Quicken Loans (one of the entities owns the other, I think) -- and Quicken weathered the mortgage collapse without issues. 

As an added bonus, they seem to only do business with borrowers with A+ credit ratings because nearly every single order is clean, neat, and problem free.  Believe me, you can't ask for a better client.
