Wow!  What a wonderful way to start the work week!  Thank all of you for your kind words!  I have to say it goes both ways.  I could not do the job that I do, if it weren't for the wonderful searchers I work with.  I was trained as a searcher, and even tho I don't get out in the field very often anymore, I think that; "Once a Searcher Always a Searcher".  I have had the benefit of living in both worlds.  I do understand what a searcher deals with as well as what the clients have to deal with.
