Yes, you are correct, Nils.  Jack is the company.  The people he owes largely out weighs the people he pays.  Let's talk to the employees who worked for him from Feb 2012 through Aug 2012, when his SETitle company left the rental space with 7 months owing on the lease, the personal property he sold or gave away that did not belong to him (promised to return, but left the rental space during the weekend).
