 If you received a voice mail to leave a message, did you do so?  I'm traveling through hills and valleys to reach courts that do not allow cell phone usage. For those that allow cells in the hall, there is little reception due to metal components in the building materials. 

 If a message was left, it would be returned as promptly as possible.

 I hope you were able to find competency where needed.
