I did 12 very large commercial searches in Denver, CO for them a couple years ago; their checks came from Linear Title, and they did pay...usually within 30 days. They paid all their copy fees (which was a huge amount) within a couple of days...I just let them know I was a small abstractor and could not carry that large of balance for a long period of time. I had my money within a week or two after completing each order. This is a couple years ago, though...so I don't know about more recent activity.
