I have worked with them for over a year. I get 2 or 3 a week usually. I have jumped through more hoops with them than any client ever in my 30 years searching title. It was time consuming learning their website and getting established.  It is understandable many would balk at their requirements. I agree some of the questions or exceptions to my work demonstrate a lack of knowledge on the part of the reviewer. I simply provide what is asked for and educate as needed.

As demanding, trying, and high maintenance as they are, this company pays promptly and is a reliable source of income. A direct deposit is promptly made within days of work completion.  It is not likely I will train myself out of a job given the varying degrees of indexing completeness in my area. Searches can not be done 100% remotely. Altisource works for me for now. It is all money in the door.
