This is why it is incumbent upon us all to make sure we're doing our due diligence when thinking of using online records for our searches.  We must do research and educate ourselves to know whether the records are the same as at the clerks office; and know what risks are involved with using the online systems.  Just because there isn't a "disclaimer" doesn't mean it is the same and/or accurate.
