Thank you, everyone.  We appreciate the support all of you have shown to Source of Title over the years.  I am still surprised that it has been 10 years. I have been doing a little research for my upcoming blog - taking a look at some of the things we tried over the years, some worked out well, others not so much.  It is also interesting look back at some of the old forum posts!
