Never tried it with sweet pickles, not sure how that will turn out.  I used dill and, yes, French's yellow mustard is what I used.  Do me a favor... try the dill quadrant first.  ;-)

Regarding Banana... my mom used to make peanut butter, banana, and mayonnaise (Miracle Whip, actually) sandwiches when I was a kid.  I still like those, too.  Looks like you are going to need to add another quadrant.
