Try it with mustard! I remember when I was 18 years old in the Army... a friend and I were up late and hungry. The mess hall was closed. We went door to door in the barracks and "borrowed" what we could... we ended up with peanut butter, mustard, and pickles on white bread. We both thought it was going to be disgusting - and we weren't really sure we wanted to try that. But, we did... and it was actually very good. Every once in a while, I make one to remember those good ol' days.
