That's a shame that there are virtually no laws protecting Abstractors.   I, myself, am not an Abstractor but in working as an Office Manager / Bookkeeper for SETS, I was appalled when I heard of this cut rate discussions.  Not to mention, loss of jobs or income for US Citizens.  Being from the South, it reminds me the outsourcing that went on with the Textile industry and how many people lost their jobs.  It's just a shame.
