Yes, it became a state law in 2000 that all records and images be on each counties website. Even if you go to the courthouse to do the search, this is all you will find in the official records department: rows of computer terminals. For example, Orange County (Orlando) has ALL (EPR) ON LINE. This way, I can sit at home, in my office, at my leisure, and do searches and not have to travel all over the state for the small fees companies are paying for searches.
