I did check my sources. I didn't check yours.  The sources I used are at the bottom of the article and it include the the 181 page FCC report.

I find it ironic that the Dems now want to blame the lone Republican on the Committee at the time of the proposal.Sound familiar?

The facts remain the same no matter which source you want to use. The FCC is almost totally controlled by Obama and the Democrats and only they are responsible for this proposal to tax the internet. The proposal has not been withdrawn and might have already been accepted if this wasn't an election year. If the democrats continue to control the FCC you are likely to see new taxes on the internet appear sometime in the next four years. The 181 page report makes it clear this is what the Democrat controlled FCC wants and intend to shove through regardless of what you and I think.
