Sorry to burst your bubble, but I have been doing this for 30 years and am stilling learning new things.  A  Real estate lawyer can give you some good advise. The best way to learn would be as an intern under the guidance of an experienced abstractor.  Good luck finding an abstractor to share this knowledge.  I background in real estate is a good start.  to post a reply: login - or - register
