I have a home in Florida, which is a second home.  However, I am hoping to sell it (eventually).  Perhaps, this amendment might aid me somewhat.

In the meantime, I am hoping to rent it.  I'll know for sure the status as soon as I get with a real estate company when I go down at the end of the month, after Thanksgiving.
