You know, you're gonna have to help me out on this one, Rob, since I'm not quite as bright as you.  I’ve re-read my posts several times and can’t find any comment in this thread in which I "twist blame" or say anything disparaging about a political party.  Bureaucracy is still bureaucracy, regardless of the party in power.

Now, what’s really amusing is the fact that it makes some folks uncomfortable whenever something happens on their party's watch.
