Damn Nils!  Nice.  I'm pontificating on how to be a good salesperson in real estate and missed the forest for the big rude tree.  Telling us to go pound sand when we're all being honest what it's like being in this business?  Guess I should have put "First, be friendly and nice to everyone.  Be LIKEABLE."
