I am going to be nice in this reply... for once.  From Teresa's apparent attitude she probably needs to get into something else in addition to real estate.... a real estate agent up here in Maine with an attitude doesn't get many listings. 

Additionally, KC and Alix (and even George) hit the nail on the head...and if you can't accept India as the 51st State and learn one of the some 455 dialects in India including India/American.....then do something else.  In this industry.... a bad attitude loses clients faster then a $1 difference in pricing.
