I understand exactly what you are saying. I use alot of outside abstractor's myself and understand about loyalty.

The truth is that particular client maybe sent me 5-7 orders a week and some times less and it just wasn't worth the headache to have such an unprofessional and crazy person to deal with. My experience is that you get rid of this kind of client and then end up getting 2 more new wonderful clients!

Its possible it was the same client!

Honestly most of my clients are wonderful people and I love working with them, if I have a question I can call/email and get an answer right away. As you know there is a HUGE difference working with people who have been in the industry a long time and have actually gone out to the counties ad done searches themselves, makes a huge difference.
