Maybe institute a "stupid question" surcharge? (*kidding*)  I don't know how to deal with that problem either.  We just explain why we can't answer those questions and stand firm on it.  I just figure if they have a real problem with it, they will go elsewhere next time and it solves the problem.

My blood pressure medicine is only $5/month, thankfully!
