we started work for them a few months ago- despite the online stuff here. we kept a close eye on these issues. so far we have had no issues except for calls everyday and emails requesting confirmation and turn-around time. which is always same day. you have to follow their instructions to a T. how to do the order and how to get paid. (including black ink) uploading everything. we get auto-deposit and the checks are varied but all paid. they do call each county for costs because one county in MN only charges .50 and they will only pay me .50 for copies there.   all this countrywide data retreival will probably put us all out of business someday though. i got my real estate license because this job probably won't be around forever.
