I think this is what Altisource required when I first started working for them. If I am right all it means is that if your insurance is canceled for any reason the insurance company will notify the certificate holder of the cancelation.  I would call your insurance company and ask them what this means. If this is a request from Altisource you may want to do some research on this company.  Abstractor Watchdog has numerous complaints about them--some from me. or Google Altisource Scam. I would contact my insurance carrier and ask them what a certificate holder means to them.
