All of the copies are made at the local Court Houses and are billed at $.50 per page. My copy shortages are approx. $200.00 at this time.
Examples of some of the no pay situations that I've experienced.
Refusal payment for the first page of a Certified mortgage.
Refusal payment for the second page of satisfactions.
Not paying for copy charges for Warranty Deeds.
I immediately notify Ms. Curry of all shortages and that's as far as it goes.
Next stop a Demand Letter and then who knows. Just tired of the less than professional way the Chapin, SC office is being run.
