They are in India thought they use a Virginia address. If you ask them if they are in India they will tell you no, they are in Virginia. You can tell they are not. I asked them to tell me the Capital of Virginia and they answered Los Angeles. They then admitted they are in India. They do not answer their phone like a business either, just "hello". Also their website says they are an IT company and makes no mention of Abstracting. I am staying far far away!
