Stephanie,

 I search titles in Western Mass.  I no longer cover Hampden County where Longmeadow is located, but  the examiners in this part of Massachusetts all know each other and travel regularly between the Registries. I have never heard of this title business. Who did you deal with at this Company? I might recognize a person's name but not the name of their business. I will check around with the other examiners in this region.
