In the beginning we had no problems, then all of a sudden they started shorting my invoices. I  believe it is just the Chapin, SC office. Mailed the demand letters yesterday to the local SC office and the corporate in CA. I hope this gets their attention, if not small claims here I come. Probably no chance of collecting.
