haha Alix - I asked them to please stop the constant "updates" or status reports.  Eesh.  And they were automated so you weren't getting "real" info.  Everything's been fine since though I'd prefer to work directly with the independents in their states.  Having another go-between can be tedious (hint hint people in OH, MI, IN, IL).  We pay promptly and can provide referrals if needed.  K
