Joe man - where have you been?  A few of us posted about this exact same BS well over a year ago.  BRUTAL sign up.  I was getting lots of volume... which results in holymotherofgodhowmanytimescanyouemailonthesameorder number of emails.  WE HAVE BEEN TRAINING THEIR STAFF IN INDIA.  I could always tell when they'd hire the next group because the stupid questions would start all over again.  Do yourself a big favor and pay the $15 to join Watchdog and you'll see the juicy stuff because it's anonymous.  I've mostly been tossed aside by their system (vendors are assigned orders according to past turn-time, PERCEIVED "mistakes" - again, see Watchdog, etc).

They made me get Worker's Comp.  My company is vendor managment.  We aren't on the road.  Unless someone falls off his chair or sprains a pinkie, I think we're good.
