Source of Title Forums: Re: CPL fees

In Arkansas it's mandatory to proved one to the lender (covers borrower too), pass through $25 charge to the borrower and the underwriter receives the entire fee. Bundled on line 1101. Seller is offered a CPL for the same $25 fee and signs either declining or asking for one.
