It's interesting that you mention them doing the work themselves.  Early on in my relationship with them, one of their Atlanta based employees let it slip that they were using some of my titles for training purposes, which I took to mean, that not only was I having to deal with some of the most aggravting people I've ever had to deal with, but that I was also helping to train my replacement(s).  It just made the decision to drop them that much easier.
