I am so surprised. I have done work for them for over 2 years. The pas year, however, it has been reduced quite substantially due (or I was told) to the company retaining most of the work themselves.
They pay me promply and it's been a great relationship for me. BTW, I personally have E & O in the amount of $500k.
I am sorry to hear of your problems with them.
