I bet we start to see more of that. I am a 3rd Generation Title Brat. Back in the day, way before my day. The Realtors and sometimes attorneys were the ones who went to the County and Collected all the property information to take back to the Title Company before we started doing title searches in house. They used to note the records and then give what was called a Certificate of Title. Could you imagine that today?
