Paul,   maybe because some of your "INQUIRY EMAIL" sounds a little like maybe a

foreign person in India may have written it.   Like for example:  here by   usually in USA  would

have be hereby without any space like an Indian (country) person may write. 

From reading all the posts on here, I'm sure you can understand why some may be a

little concerned about who a person business is, or where they are located.
