Source of Title Forums: Re: Trustees/Survivorship

I have transferred property 1/2 to husband's trust and 1/2 to wife's trust for planning purposes, however the trusts are mirror images with respect to dispositive provisions. I question whether it makes sense to use trusts to hold divided property interests rather that LLCs or corporations.
