Yes... Michigan, Florida and Massachusetts (I think) all passed similar laws.  All of them repealed those laws before they even went into effect.  It is a terrible idea, it creates a lot more problems than it solves.  I hope the Ohio legislature sees the issues and that this proposal never sees the light of day!
